Start Up Meeting

On November 7th and 8th in Celano (Aq), Italy, the first scheduled meeting for Leonardo Bussola was held. The purpose of the meeting was trying the best cooperative working conditions among the project partnes through their direct meeting and through the knowledge of their activities.

Re-definition of the development stages of the project and specification of the tasks of the partners.

The start up meeting represented the occasion to carry out a new and common reading of the project. In the light of its development, it was possible to plan the activities, precisely outlining the tasks of each partner.

Detection and definition of external subjects tasks

Three external subjects were commonly identified to provide a support to the evaluation of the activities, in the view of a systematic organization useful for the dissemination. These subjects belong to the MIUR of Italy.

Detection of common instruments to enhance the coherence of the project in the single territorial contexts.

The outline of a brochure was commonly examined; this brochure should be used as common tool for the diffusion of the knowledge of the Bussola project within and outside the territory.

Evaluation and monitoring of processes and products

The evaluation and monitoring procedure of processes and results in the single phases was shared. We agreed to use questionnaires whose main indicators will be later on developed by ITIS in Avezzano.

Report of the work carried out

The complete work developed during the start up phase was analysed and shared in Celano Meeting. Everything was summarized in a report where general considerations proposed by the partners were referred. The common points and the shared elements were highlighted.
