a quick overview
Project BUSSOLA answers the objective “a” and “part 3” of the Leonardo Da Vinci program with the aim of contributing to the innovation of the formative processes
through the implementation and certification of a Budget of the Competences for the young people in their prime vocational training age and a certification model
for the acquired and recognized informal competences (such as transversal competences).
The aim of the project is
We intend to reach these objectives through the formulation of a model of orientation having as central element the developement of a Competence Budget particularly
related to those defined as transversal competences based on school aged people, considering both the competences acquired in formal or not formal ways, so that they
can be recognized and spent in the individual formative path; and also, the Budget should become an institutional and recognizable certification on a national and European basis.
This model will consider both the analysis of the referred territorial context and the good practises adopted. It will be accompanied by :
1. an analysis of the European formative view, to underline the relation between dispersion and orientation, dispersion and acquired competences.
Information and data will be gathered, revised and compared.
2. a collection and selection of materials, in European area, concerning the good practices in the field of orientation, with particular regard to
the personal and vocational skills analysis, even if addressed to a mainly adult population, and to the field of certification of the competences acquired in formal
and/or informal ways. These data will be analyzed and compared.
3. It will also produce a model aimed to certificate the acquired competences in informal paths.
