Guidance services in schools in France are under the umbrella of the ministry of education

In our guidance service CIO (Centre d'Information et d'Orientation) Strasbourg sud, a team of 18 persons is working (Director, guidance counsellors, administrative staff) At national level there are more than 450 CIO spread in all the territory.

Some guidance counsellors in our centre are specialised in Skill assesment for adults. In the schools guidance counsellors use all the tools of the psychologists
