We intend to reach these objectives through the formulation of a model of orientation having as central element the development of a Competences Budget model particularly
related to those defined as transversal competences based on school aged people, considering both the formal or not formal competences, so that they can be recognized and
spent in the individual formative path; and also, the Budget should become an institutional and recognizable certification on a national and European basis.
